The core platform needs no software installation or desk phone. Run standalone without a CRM, a particular lead vendor or a migration; a spreadsheet is enough to start.
Your agent settings, recorded voice, ID card and assigned book follow your login across machines. Choose light or dark appearance and a phone or laptop layout.
Narrow the agency’s contracted carrier list to the carriers you personally write. Choose the product lines you work: final expense, mortgage protection, term life, indexed universal life and annuities.
Save your own follow-up text wording and record your own voicemail message once.
Upload a headshot, add your direct number and National Producer Number, and generate a card in the agency’s design. Download it or send it to a prospect from the call workflow.
02 / YOUR WORKDAY
Due callbacks are prioritized with the most overdue first, followed by fresh undialed leads, then recently changed conversations.
Agents see their own assigned leads. Managers handle the broader queue and assignments, helping avoid duplicate outreach by different agents.
See the prospect’s local time and time zone, current weather, and whether their calling window is open—not just the time at your own desk.
See what the prospect asked for, the last text and replies, available communication history, and health answers already supplied. Avoid asking them to repeat their form.
Review consent strength, attempt count, lead source and available Street View imagery of the property. Use the context to prepare, not to make assumptions about the person.
Import CSV, TSV or Excel files with automatic column matching, mapping review and an import preview. Add a lead manually or use direct calling. Filter scheduled, callable, callback, paused and blocked leads.
03 / YOUR WORKDAY
Dial and speak in the tab where you work.
Have the platform connect the call to your own mobile instead of using a laptop microphone.
Use your verified personal number as outbound caller ID so return calls reach you, or use the configured agency/platform number with agency return-call routing. A separate dedicated-number setup depends on the calling configuration.
Companion brings transcription, script guidance, coaching and quotes alongside most browser-based calling stations. The core platform is browser-based; Companion uses a lightweight browser extension.
Calling-window, attempt-count, do-not-call and recording-rule controls are evaluated before a call. Their purpose is to support the agency’s compliance process.
04 / YOUR WORKDAY
A live, scrollable transcript separates the speakers. Available connected CRM information sits beside the call and refreshes during it.
Get the script for the selected product and a large Say Next prompt. Adjust the text size to suit your screen.
Names, birth dates, self-reported health information, requested coverage and beneficiaries populate the worksheet. Dates can be read back with calculated age; later corrections replace earlier answers.
A disclosed medication or condition opens relevant follow-ups. Track answers individually and keep missing information visible. Health information is what the prospect reports, not a diagnosis.
Objections, buying signals and compliance moments are flagged with suggested wording. The agent stays responsible for the conversation.
A do-not-call control is available in the call header, with confirmation. The recording disclosure is prompted at the start.
On supported platform calls, trigger your recorded voicemail with one press. On an external dialer without a controllable audio path, use your saved wording. Playback is agent-triggered, not automatic beep detection.
05 / YOUR WORKDAY
The product uses a live underwriting engine. Results are filtered first by the agency’s contracted carriers and then by the agent’s own selection.
Describe the prospect and desired coverage naturally. The system asks for missing information. Quick quote also supports typed inputs and coverage-amount or monthly-budget entry.
The selected quote stays attached to the call so the after-call record knows what was offered.
Open the application link for the selected quote. Automatic pre-fill into carrier e-apps is not built; the populated worksheet supports your review and handoff.
06 / YOUR WORKDAY
Correct captured answers, add missing details and inspect the source words behind a field. Confidence indicators show where confirmation is needed; readiness tracks application information.
Review the generated summary, concerns, disposition and next action alongside the transcript and available recording. Download the worksheet.
Start with a drafted text, edit it and send through the configured messaging service from the agency number into the existing thread. Your personal caller-ID choice is separate from the SMS sending number.
Send the digital ID card with one button so the prospect has your name, photo, producer number and direct contact information.
A warning helps prevent leaving without saving. Optional, cancellable auto-advance brings up the next lead after saving; it does not dial for you.
Capture a new referral and its relationship to the original prospect, with contact information and outreach permission still to confirm.
07 / YOUR WORKDAY
Preserve the callback request verbatim and show it when the callback returns. The reason behind the date stays with the lead.
A callback cannot be saved without a date. Invalid or past dates are rejected. When no date was requested, choose a 30-, 60- or 90-day follow-up identified as agency-selected.
“Not interested” can remain a follow-up rather than a dead end. Closing a lead requires a reason, such as not qualified, opted out or bought elsewhere.
Due callbacks rise to the top. Texts and replies surface on the lead row before the next dial. Return calls route according to the number used for the call.
08 / YOUR WORKDAY
State-based calling windows, attempt caps, consent status and recording-state flags help the agent decide and act within configured requirements.
Opt-outs are retained against the person and number so deleting a lead does not erase suppression. Connected opt-out events apply to the appropriate channels; call and text preferences are handled distinctly.
Restoring suppressed outreach requires the appropriate evidence or administrator action with a recorded reason. Agent licensing states and action history support agency oversight.
Disclosure records, source-linked answers, transcripts and call records provide context for review. These controls support compliance; they do not guarantee that a call is lawful.
09 / YOUR WORKDAY
On-screen scripts, next questions, permitted-carrier filters and visible calling controls provide structure. Captured notes reduce the need to reconstruct a nervous first conversation from memory.
Keep your number, card, voice and familiar calling station. Reduce repeated voicemail delivery, manual note reconstruction and hunting for callback context.
Review calls, dispositions, quotes, objections, disclosed conditions, application readiness and agent activity. Search call history and manage lead assignment.
Configure product lines, scripts, objection responses, carrier access, presentation, disclosures, messaging signatures, agent roles and logins. CRM connections add context without being a prerequisite for the core platform.
This public demo uses fictional prospects and supplied scenario quotes. It demonstrates the workflow; it does not place calls, send texts or access a live customer account.
