WHAT YOU CAN DO

More attention on the client.
Less information to juggle.

01 / COACH

Know what to say next.

Follow a conversation-aware prompt through the introduction, discovery, presentation, objections and next steps. Keep the question in front of you while you listen.

02 / CAPTURE

Build the application as you go.

Bring dates, coverage amounts, medications and beneficiaries into one workspace. Open a captured field to see the words behind it.

03 / INVESTIGATE

Turn a medication into better questions.

Watch Metformin trigger six underwriting follow-ups. Each answer checks off individually, so the agent can see what remains to ask.

04 / RESPOND

Work through the real hesitation.

Explore responses to cost, waiting periods, talking with family and “I need to think.” Coaching appears after the concern is spoken.

05 / CHECK

Keep important checks in view.

See calling status before the conversation and disclosure and consent evidence during it. Keep unresolved details visible for review.

06 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Finish with something useful.

Review a source-linked worksheet, call summary, disposition, message draft and referral. See what is captured and what still needs attention.

ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW

A call has more than one important moment.

BEFORE

Start prepared.

Review the lead’s inquiry, local context, consent record and calling status. Understand why you’re calling before the first hello.

DURING

Listen with a plan.

Keep Say Next, the client record and the AI assistant together. Move through the questions without losing the details.

AFTER

Review. Decide. Follow through.

Confirm the captured information, choose a disposition, edit the next action and prepare a message. Keep a new referral separate from the current application.

About this experience

This hosted experience is a scripted demonstration with fictional prospects and supplied scenario quotes and illustrative weather and account settings. It does not place calls, send messages, submit applications or run live carrier quotes. The controls and worksheet let you explore the workflow directly.

YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR WAY.

Your carriers.
Your number. Your relationships.

Choose the carriers you personally write. Call in your browser, connect the call to your mobile, or use Companion alongside most browser-based calling stations.

Use your verified number as caller ID or the configured agency/platform number. Personalize your voicemail, follow-up wording and digital agent ID card. The core platform runs standalone—no CRM, lead vendor or migration required.

Know the person before you dial.

  • Their local time and weatherSee their time zone, calling-window status and current conditions without looking them up.
  • The conversation so farReview the last text, replies and available communication history, plus the health answers they already supplied.
  • Context you can useSee the lead source, requested product, attempt count, consent status and available Street View property imagery.
  • Text without starting overEdit and send the follow-up from the agency’s messaging number into the prospect’s existing thread. Send your ID card with one button.

FOLLOW-UP THAT REMEMBERS

“Call me after the third.
That’s when I get paid.”

When the callback comes due, the prospect’s own words come back with it. Pick up the conversation where you left it—not where your memory leaves off.

Due callbacks rise to the top of your queue. Dates are required for callbacks, past dates are rejected, and an agency-selected follow-up is distinguished from a time the prospect actually requested.

Fictional example of a saved callback request.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what you’re exploring.

Who is this for?

The first audience is individual life-insurance agents who want help managing a live sales conversation and the information it produces.

Does the assistant replace the agent?

The workflow keeps the agent in charge. Coaching suggests what to ask or say; the agent reviews information, explains options and decides the next action.

Does the product provide live quotes?

Yes. The product uses a live underwriting engine and filters results to the agency’s contracted carriers and the carriers the agent personally writes. This public walkthrough uses supplied scenario quotes rather than performing live lookups. Carrier review still determines final eligibility and terms.

Can I use this website with a real prospect today?

This public site is an interactive walkthrough. It is not a live account or production call session. Explore the sample conversation without entering real client information.

Does compliance monitoring guarantee compliance?

No. Prompts, checks and an evidence trail support review; they do not replace applicable requirements, agency procedures or the agent’s judgment.

Do I need a CRM or a new phone system?

No CRM is required for the core platform. Start with a spreadsheet, imported leads or manually added leads. Call in the browser or connect to your mobile. Companion is a lightweight extension for assistance alongside most browser-based calling stations. Connected CRM context is available when configured.

Can I use my own number and send texts?

A verified personal number can be used as outbound caller ID, or calls can use the configured agency/platform number. Follow-up texts and ID cards are sent through the configured messaging service from the agency number into the existing conversation thread. Verifying caller ID does not make a personal mobile number the SMS sender.

What does it cost?

Pricing and purchase options have not been published. You can explore this demo without signing up or entering payment details.
